Commenting article: FM: Bulgaria Can't Label Hezbollah Terrorist Organization

Bulgaria does not have a legal framework to classify an entity as a terrorist organization, according to Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikolay Mladenov.

Tuesday Bulgarian Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov had suggested that Hezbollah might be behind the July 18, 2012 terror attack against Israeli tourists in Burgas.

This was a move greatly expected by the US and Israel, in the hope that now the EU can officially label Hezbollah as a terror group.

If you cannot "Label" Hezbollah or maybe al-Qaeda a Terrorist Organization, what is Bulgaria doing in Afghanistan and Iraq?

Bulgaria is fighting a war on terrorism on foreign land.

Now the FM has no definition on TERRORISM!!!!!!

Unbelievable. It's like the USA couldn't call Japan its enemy after the WWII attack on Pearl Harbour. Tourists shouldn't go to Bulgaria,
It's obvious that tourists there have no right to be safe.

It seems the FM should study the Bulgarian Constitution and the Rules of a REPUBLIC.

When a foreign group harms Bulgarian Citizens and foreign visitors, the Government of Bulgaria has a responsibility to protect the lives of innocent people.

National Security dictates policy due to national civic responsibilities.
