I an ideal world maybe what you say is true !
These guys are not interested in what the law says or officers of the law !
Their demands and threats are real and have been communicated !
They are demanding an arbituary figure (theirs) of 15000 with menaces in respect
of a false document for 1500 euro !
Thats not hearsay !
Thats real !
THERE IS NOT ANY CASE,BUDDY!
Evverything is just hearsay!
ONLY gossip in the eye of the law.
As long as NOBODY contacted him and NOBODY TREATENED him and wanted
money from him,
there is not EVEN AN ATTEMPT TO commit a crime.
If he is able to prove that he paid his debt of €1500,-(probably he has a receipt or bank transaction document),
he should not be afraid.
In case someone wants money from him,s/he MUST prove that s/he is a CREDITOR.
The doors of the Zivil courts are wide open for such claims.
It is a CONTRACT law and NOT money extortion as he is suggesting.
Extortion is when the suspect commits a delict in order to force you to pay out money or
having other material advantages.
Read in a LAW dictionary about extortion.
To the Directorate Sofia News, Chief Editor... While translating Mr Obamas Book you should have had, and must have now as an editor in chief an ear for such comments, and hopefully invoke the right procedure.... The chief prosecuter should immediately take action...... how ever you should bear in mind that the whole banking system in the US, Western Europe, is similarly organized.... but the procedures are probably different. Black mail i s a nazi style habit, used by special services in West and East for decades even today, however the gentlemen has rights and his rights of a human being could not be impeded by organized crime rings. He should fight.... and get his rights,,, no intermediaries no well wishers, go to the authorities and deposit a request in the Embassy of your country that the case be brought to the attention of the Prime Minister for immediate intervention...
