Parliament voted at first reading the law on the transplantation of tissues, organs and cells. The ambition of the Health Ministry is with the new law, a national system for transplantation to be created. An agency for transplantation will be set up, it will create a register for people who do not wish to donate organs. If a person has not written in his health record that he refuses to make such donation or his name is not in the register, permit for donation can be granted by his relatives. Some MPs expressed concerns during the discussion in plenary hall that there were texts in the law that could result in legalization of the trade with human tissues.
