The Official Journal of the European Union published Tuesday the European Commission's (EC) regulation 875/2008 dated September 8, 2008, which revokes the EC Regulation 1962/2006 imposing a safeguard clause to Bulgaria in the aviation area.
The revocation is effective beginning Wednesday, September 10, 2008, according to a press release of the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport.
With this act the Bulgarian aviation acquires equal rights to the airlines of the countries members of the European Union due its compliance with all safety requirements.
