BULGARIA ABOLISHES VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR BALTIC NATIONALS

Bulgaria?s government decided to abolish the visa requirements for the citizens of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia between May 1 and September 30, 2002 when is the peak of the tourist season in Bulgaria. The decision will apply to permanent residents of the Baltic states that are citizens of the former USSR, stay in Bulgaria for a short term and and hold valid foreign travel documents.
