FINANCIAL TIMES: `BG ECONOMY BEST ON THE BALKANS`

Financial Times published today that the Bulgarian economy is the best on the Balkans adding that the country is facing incertitude because of the loss of the UDF in the national elections. The newspaper writes this region is in a good condition to overcome the slowdown of world economy. The crisis in Macedonia is one of the factors that make the economists downgrade their prognosis for the current year. They predict 3 to 4% economic growth in the region. Lately, the newspaper notes that the Bulgarian economy is the best in the region. Last year it reported 5.8% growth due to economic-oriented reforms conducted by the UDF government.
