Music, delicious food and entertainment will be offered at Hilton Sofia over the coming Easter holidays, starting May 03. The Good Friday menu of Hilton Sofia’s Seasons Restaurant includes smoked trout with lettuce and cucumber-mustard vinaigrette, pike perch on dry tomato risotto with wild garlic oil and mixed berry compote with vanilla ice and almond tulip. On Sunday, May 05 and Monday 06, 2002 Seasons Restaurant will welcome its guests for Easter Brunch. Bulgarian kozunak, assorted Danish pastries and croissants, freshly baked rolls, seasonal salads with dressings and condiments, turbot in champagne sauce, to name but a few of the extensive dishes available. On May 6, the Easter Brunch will also offer St. George’s buffet with lamb carving station. Live Music from our Jazz, Rhythm & Blues band will keep the guests entertained. Babysitters from Wonder World will take care of children’s entertainment with the help of various toys and games, Easter Egg Chase and Egg Painting included.
