The announcement followed reports of infections with the unidentified virus that hit Greece and claimed the lives of at least five people. The decision has been taken on the basis of information form the Greek Health care Minitry and the Bulgarian Embassy there. A gradual reduction of the registered case of respiratory diseases with myocarditis and pericarditis in Greece has been reported. According to the Greek Ministry’s official bulletin there are five registered case till April 26 and the condition of the patients is satisfactory. The infections are dying away and if the tendency continues, all preventive measures will be removed, the bulletin says. No restrictions on travels, entertaining, sports and other public events have been placed on Greek nationals. All schools and universities in Greece were closed several days ago in an attempt to stop the spread of the virus, whose symptoms include fever, muscle pain, headaches and fatigue. The Bulgarian Health care Ministry ordered urgent checks to be made in the hospitals for cases of infections with the unidentified virus. All patients who were hospitalised with symptoms similar to those in Greece, will be tested for the unknown virus.
