Earthquake Shakes Central Bulgaria

An earthquake with magnitude of 4,2 on the Richter scale shook central Bulgaria at 6:43 a.m. Tuesday morning.

The epicenter of the earthquake was located about 170 km east of the capital Sofia, and about 10 km north of city of Gabrovo in the Stara Planina (Balkan) Mountain.

It was felt by people in the region. There is no data about casualties or damage.
