Yesterday magistrates from Nikola Filchev`s team have left on his bureau materials for prosecution checkup against PM Kostov, sources from the Law Courts revealed yesterday for Standart Daily. The cause is the statements of Vladimir Grashnov before `Standart`. In an interview Grashnov said that a moustached general, who was chief secretary of the IM, delivered him 4 conditions of Kostov if he wanted his company not to be closed down. The first one had allegedly been to threaten the Editors-in-Chief to stop advertising in their newspapers if they continue to write against the government. Filchev hadn`t decided about the checkup till yesterday.
