"Deal" at Bulgarian Customs

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Mihai Mocanu, and I am from Bucharest, Romania.

Saturday, October 20, 2007, I have had a very ugly surprise at the Russe Custom.

After we finished our shopping in the beautiful town of Russe, we arrived at the Bulgarian Custom ready to pay the official fee of 6 euro.

But, the Custom employee has given to us only the 5 euro change, without receipt?! We didn't accept the "deal", and we have insisted for the receipt.

The "deal" was very simple: you paid only 5 euro, and you didn't receive the receipt!

I hope this "oriental custom" will disappear and will not be accepted anymore!
