Bulgaria may send more troops to Afghanistan, Dnevnik Daily reported. The daily quoted a source from the Defense Ministry. London asked all participants in the UN mandated International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan to contribute with more troops to compensate for the British soldiers who will leave Kabul this month since Britain, the current ISAF commander cedes command. Bulgaria has sent to Kabul 32 soldiers who are still in Kabul. Their stay can be extended even though so far Britain has not asked Bulgaria formally to do so.
