Russian citizens can enter Bulgaria with no visa regime until October 1, 2001, BG government decided. It is an atempt to save the already signed tourists contracts, as the government decided previously to impose visas for Russians due to the EU decision to let Bulgarians to travel free in Europe. The same meausure is valid for Ukrainians and Georgians.
