Bulgaria Buries Famous Fiction Writer

Relatives and friends paid their last respects to Bulgaria's fiction writer and poet Bogomil Raynov in the ritual hall of Sofia Central Cemetery on Tuesday.

One of the best friends of the deceased, the artist Svetlin Rusev, said the great spiritual return of the poet starts after his death.

Bogomil Raynov passed away on Friday at the age of 88.

He served as an editor in several cultural and literary magazines. In 1955, he took the position of Bulgaria's cultural attachГ© in Paris.

Among author's best works are "There is nothing better than the bad weather", "Typhoons with tender names", "Love Calendar", "Steps in the Sand", "Rainy Evening" and many others.
