The parliamentary groups of the United Democratic Forces and Coalition for Bulgaria, however, walked out of Parliament as a sign of protest against the proposal of the majority for ratifying the contracts before the vote on the brady bonds swap. No later than March 19 President Parvanov is expected to decide whether to impose veto on the Act on foreign debt restructuring, which the Parliament approved March 13. This emerged after his consultations with key experts on Bulgaria's external debt.
