In April the Greek Parliament will vote for a non-resource loan of EUR 54,3 M to Bulgaria. The funds will be used for the implementation of the recovery plan for the Balkans and in particular for the fulfillment of projects for development of the infrastructure, the social sphere, and the production in Bulgaria. The funds have to be put in use by the end of 2005.
