Pop star Britney Spears has left the Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility, her manager, Larry Rudolph, announced in a statement released by Jive Records late Tuesday.

Britney checked out of "after successfully completing the program" Rudolph said. "We ask that the media respects her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time," he added.

Spears entered the facility on February 22, after several bizarre deeds like shaving her hair, getting lips inked on her writs, beating a car with an umbrella and finally trying to hang herself in the Promises rehab. Before attempting her life, Britney wrote the number 666 on her shaved head and started yelling: "I am the Antichrist!"

Spears' activities have been weekly magazine fodder since she filed for divorce from aspiring rapper Kevin Federline in November. The two have joint custody of their sons, Jayden James, 6 months, and Sean Preston, 18 months. Federline and the children reportedly visited Spears during her treatment.

On February 16, Britney left a clinic on Antigua Island, where she spent less than 24 hours. Spears has also made a list of people, who she wishes to be dead. It includes her ex husband's name as well.

After getting divorce with Federline, Britney threatened to take her own life if their two children were placed under his guardianship.

Federline, however, visited his ex wife in the clinics and promised he would reconsider their relationship if she mended her ways.

As a result, Britney said she was even ready to give birth to one more baby, who would strengthen their family.
