PM: BULGARIA AND ROMANIA WITH JOINT EFFORTS TOWARDS NATO ENTRY

Bulgaria and Romania will conduct regular consultations in connection with NATO entry, it emerged from the talks between Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Saxe-Coburg and Romania’s Prime Minister Adrian Nastase in the Romanian resort Sinaya. Prime Minister Saxe-Coburg pointed out that since both countries had common goal and similar interests, shared by the public, they should not have different ways in order to achieve the desired result. “The strategy is common as well as the efforts for joining NATO,” he added. Both high-ranking officials agreed that Bulgaria and Romania have good political and economic relations. They agreed on the organization of a bilateral economic forum for the development of the two countries’ relations.
