Health Minister Bozhidar Finkov, the chairman of the health fund Stefan Sofianski and the chairmans of the Dentists’ Union and the Medics’ Union signed on March 10th the National Framework Agreement for 2002. The document will be active on the whole territory of Bulgaria. The contract determines health-economic, financial, medical, organizational-management and information frames.
