Two more of the four brothers born Wednesday in Bulgaria's eastern city of Dobrich has passed away, while the only left sibling is still in danger, Darik News revealed.

One of the quadruplets died earlier in the day. The only baby left is the smallest-born of them all and weighs just 650 grams.

The quadruplets were born prematurely and all have brain hemorrhages and hydrocefalia, Dobrich neonatal ward head Snezhana Atanasova said, adding that she couldn't guarantee that the only brother would make it.

The infant that passed away earlier weighed 800 grams when it was born and was actually the biggest one among the four.
