One of the four brothers born Wednesday in Bulgaria's eastern city of Dobrich has passed away, while his siblings are still in danger, Darik News revealed.
The quadruplets were born prematurely and all have brain hemorrhages, Dobrich neonatal ward head Snezhana Atanasova said, adding that she couldn't guarantee that any of the remaining three brothers would make it.
The infant that passed away only weighed 800 grams when it was born and was actually the biggest one among the four. The tiniest brother is just 650 grams.
