Bulgaria’s foreign minister’s special envoy to Afghanistan Anguel Orbetsov came back from Afghanistan on March 4. He left for there on January 18 for a research mission. The goals of the mission were to establish contact with the government in Kabul, the renewal of the Bulgarian diplomatic presence and gathering of information about the situation in the country. On March 7, Deputy Foreign Minister Ivan Petkov and Anguel Orbetsov will give a news conference to inform about the situation in Afghanistan, the bilateral relations, the Bulgarian contingent there.
