Prospects for further development of cooperation and solidarity among NATO applicant countries, joint activities in the fight against terrorism and the situation in Southeast Europe are to be discussed at the Skopje meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Vilnius Group, which will be attended by Foreign Minister Passy. He leaves for Skopje on March 8. The Foreign Ministers of the Vilnius Group are expected to confirm the common strategic goals of their countries – the creation of united Europe, in which NATO enlargement will have significant role. The Foreign Ministries are to sign a joint declaration, which will note the progress that has been made in realizing the Action Program for NATO entry, including army reforms.
