Work on the Hubble Space Telescope resumed on Tuesday as a second pair of spacewalkers from the space shuttle Columbia set about finishing the job of hanging new solar-power arrays on the orbiting observatory. "Good to be back," said astronaut Jim Newman, starting the fifth spacewalk of his career as he emerged from Columbia's airlock. The 6.5-hour spacewalk begun by Newman and rookie Mike Massimino was in many ways a replay of a spacewalk on Monday made by another team of astronauts.
