Austrian rail investigators have begun trying to find out what caused a train crash which left six people dead and 15 injured. Two freight trains collided near the Austrian capital, Vienna, in one of the country's worst railway accidents in recent years. Early indications were that a faulty brakes could have been to blame for Tuesday's crash, officials said on Wednesday.
