The Bulgarian company Rila Solutions received on Tuesday the official certificate for Microsoft Golden partnership. It is the first MS Golden partner in the region. Rila, owned by finance tycoon George Soros and Bulgarian Telecom is also subcontractor for Windows 2000 development.
