Famous Bulgarian Singer Dies at 50

The famous Bulgarian singer and musician Tsvetan Vladovski, known to his fans as Chocho, has died on Sunday after a serious illness, his family announced.

Chocho Vladovski, who died at the age of 50, became very popular in the middle of the 70's as a leading singer of the pop band Diana Express.

From 1979 to 1984 he was the leading singer of the rock band Tangra.

He had very close professional relationship with the Bulgarian pop diva Lili Ivanova.

In 1997 Vladovski won the special award from the Golden Orpheus competition and in 1998 he grabbed the first prize.
