Israely businessman Lev levaev became oficially owner of 100% of Mobiltel - the only one GSM operator in Bulgaria on Tuesday. LL Telecommunications Holding owned by Levaev received the shares, but the it will sell soon some 25% to two other Israeli businessmen and another 5% to an ad agency from Tel Aviv.
