SOCIALIST PARTY DEMANDS INFO ON CHECKED PRIVATISATION DEALS

Results from the Interior Ministry checks into privatisation deals are to be presented to the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) in less than two months, Interior Minsitry Chief Secretary Boyko Borisov and the party’s leadership decided during their meeting February 22. BSP demanded more information on the checked deals and the measures to be taken in the corruption combat within the Interior Ministry. Boyko Borisson underlined that the efficient corruption combat depends on the cooperation of all parties. Representatives of the BSP are scheduled to hold a meeting with Interior Ministry Georgi Petkanov next week.
