The State Agriculture Fund opens five new target credit lines, for loans and subsidies, on March 1, 2002, the Agriculture and Forests Ministry said. Natural and juristic persons are eligible for money under the credit lines. The conditions valid for initially extended lines are unchanged. The Agriculture Fund will not accept applications from farmers who have defaulted on their contractual obligations under financial lines with effective maturity, the Managing Board of the Agriculture Fund said. Te Agriculture Fund has also approved the amounts of loans and subsidies for ready production, as well as the instructions for receiving subsidies for sugar beet production, to become effective as of October 1, 2002.
