On February 18 and February 19 in Sofia a meeting between the deputy finance ministers of Russia and Bulgaria will take place. The aim of the meeting is to clarify the stands of both countries for the coming meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation on February 21 and February 22.
