“ My hopes rise after the decision of the People's Court of Libya on February 17,” Foreign Minister Passy said for the Bulgarian National Radio. “I think that this decision is a very good sigh and is a success, “ he added. According to him, a big role for the changed developments has foundation “Qaddafi” and personally of its chairman Seif al-islam. He pointed out that on behalf of the Bulgarian people Bulgaria shares tha tragedy with the infected Libyan children.
