RULING PARTY MEMBERS DEMAND TO BE INFORMED ABOUT POSSIBLE RESHUFFLES
Politics | February 16, 2002, Saturday // 00:00
MPs from the Simeon II National Movement will demand a joint extraordinary meeting with the coalition partner the Movement for Rights and Freedoms and the whole cabinet. The reason to demand the meeting are rumours that ministers and deputy ministers will resign. "We have to receive complete information on the planned reshuffles in the government to clarify the situation," Kamen Vlahov , MP from the Simeon II National Movement said. The MPs from the ruling majority will insist the meeting to be held next week. According to Kamen Vlahov, Prime Minister Saxe-Coburg has the right to decide by himself whether reshuffles are necessary, because he is responsible for the government. The point is to be better informed, he explained.
