Bulgaria should introduce international auditing standards to match foreign investors` expectations and to improve investment climate in the country, Peat Huggendorn, board chairman of Deloitte & Touche, said at a regular meeting of the company`s directors. Foreign investors pointed out the qualified human resource of the country but required stable legislation and free movement of capitals, Deloitte&Touche EOOD managing partner Vasco Raichev said. Deloitte&Touche is consultant on the deals for TPPs Maritsa East 1 and 3, the contracts with US investors AES and Entergy will be signed today, the privatization of the State Insurance Institute and the reorganization of the State Savings Bank. Deloitte&Touche is one of the `Big Five` consultant companies in Bulgaria.
