Different aspects of the rehabilitation plan of Nuclear Power plant Kozloduy were discussed by more than 50 representatives from nine European countries in the three-day seminar of WANO (World Association of Nuclear Power Generation Organizations). Experts from the power plant of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Litva, scientists from leading institutes in the nuclear energy sector were among the participants. The Bulgarian experts from Kozloduy shared their experience in the modernization and reconstruction works carried out in the last rehabilitation campaign of Unit 4. Similar measures are expected to be applied to the rehabilitation of the Unit 3. Special attention was paid to the modernization of the system for locating failures. During the last day of the seminar the participants visited Kozloduy.
