Bulgaria is set to prolong once again the investigation into a the shocking murder of the Belneyska sisters, it emerged Monday.
A request to give more time to investigators has been sent to chief prosecutor Boris Velchev, reports said.
Sisters Rositsa (18) and Kristina (15) Belneyska went missing in January, to be found brutally murdered with stones later.
Although more than 6 000 people have been questioned so far, there seems to be no clear trace to who might have savaged the teenagers.
The investigation has been prolonged twice already.
