Sofia court will hear the case of a 2001 deadly disco stampede on October 20, it was decided on Friday.
In what is known in Bulgaria as the Indigo case, seven teenagers died in a crowd's rush to enter a Christmas party at the Indigo club.
The case had been repeatedly referred back to the prosecution due to significant violations of the pre-court proceedings.
