Five fake medicaments have been found in sale in Bulgaria.

The company Helen Trading 2 traded the fake Vitamin C, Analgin, Aamikatsin and Buskulizin. The company might be stripped off its trading license.

The prosecution will launch a probe into the case, Emil Hristov, head of the Executive Medicines Agency announced. He also explained that none of the medicines is produced by that company.

Last week an emergency centre in Sofia reported that coughing syrup was found in ampullas that were said to be the Furosemid medicine.

On Monday the Executive Medicines Agency launched massive checks into the work of the wholesaler Helen Trading 2, providing the emergency centre with medicines.
