3.4-Promilles Driver Kills Bulgarian

A drunk driver with 3.39 promilles alcohol level has caused a deadly road accident in Bulgaria.

The 41-year-old tipsy man lost control over his vehicle on a road in southwest Bulgaria, moved to the wrong lane and rammed into another car, media reported.

The crash killed one of the men in the second automobile, and injured others.
