Vladimir Sheytanov, Bulgarian lawyer of the six accused medics in Libya, demanded the release of prison of D-r Zdravko Georgiev, one of the detained Bulgarians. There are documents, that D-r Georgiev wasn`t in Libya in December 1998, when according to the Libyan state the infecting of 393 children with the HIV virus was accomplished. He was on a visit to Bulgaria and returned to Libya later. It`s unbelievable that he would do that if he felt guilty or threatened by arrest, the lawyer of the defendants said. In a declaration to the Bulgarian public relatives of the medics accused the government of long lasting omission.
