Russian Journalist Killed near Moscow

A journalist from a major Russian television network has been found dead near Moscow, police said. Vyacheslav Akatov, a special reporter for TV Center channel, went missing on May 22. His body was found on May 27 in a rented apartment in Mytishchy outside Moscow. "His work has nothing to do with it, because he was not involved in any investigation and had not covered any conflict situations," said Garry Sarkisov, editor-in-chief of the Business Moscow program on TVC, as cited by the Moscownews.com. "He produced very neutral and positive materials covering industry in Moscow and science."
