BULGARIA SENDS FRESH WATER TO KUMANOVO

Bulgaria will send fresh drinking water to the residents of Macedonian city of Kumanovo, Bulgarian PM Ivan Kostov said yesterday in Plovdiv (South Bulgaria). He has a meeting with NATO`s supreme commander in Europe, US Air Force General Joseph Ralston, who is on a working visit to Bulgaria. PM Kostov and General Ralston discussed the situation in Macedonia, NATO membership and the progress of the reform in the Bulgarian army. General Ralston expressed his firm standpoint that there are no way the ethnic Albanian terrorists to be recognized as an independent political party. There`s no military solution for the crisis in Macedonia, the problems should be solved with political negotiations, said the NATO General. In the meantime NATO forces will patrol along the border between Kosovo and Macedonia.
