The future of the Balkans region lies in the integration of the countries here into the European Union and NATO, he stressed in his lecture dedicate to "The Albanian Factor in the Balkans".

President Moisiu noted they would not understand any messages that contain hesitations or doubts concerning "the natural Euro-Atlantic integration of our countries".

Moisiu is to join counterparts from Croatia, Moldova, Albania, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Macedonia, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Ukraine, Poland, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, Germany, Hungary and Lithuania invited to the Thirteenth Central and Eastern European countries summit. It will open Friday in Riviera resort, near Varna.
