Bulgaria as Ready as EU10

I hope very much that Bulgaria will join the EU on January 2007!
I have just bought an apartment in Bulgaria and hope to spend much time there. The complex, in which I will be living, is not ready before June this year, and not all apartments are sold out. I do really hope that Bulgaria will join in now, so the complex will be sold out, and the investors will earn their money and not break down.
I do look forward to live in Bulgaria. And I hope for prosperity and growth. I think that Bulgaria is just as ready for the EU now as the other countries were in 2004.
