Italians Handcuffed for Trafficking on Bulgarian Immigrants

Italian police have handcuffed two Italians suspected in human trafficking and exploitation of Bulgarian emigrants.
The newspaper Il Giornale de Calabria announced that the arrest order was signed by the local prosecution. It was found the two suspects were arranging recruitment of illegal emigrants from Bulgaria and Romania, who were then severely exploited in the farms in many regions of Italy.
Each emigrant had to pay EUR 50 monthly rent for living in a miserable building.
