Bulgaria Foils BGN 80,000 Worth Cigarette Contraband

Bulgarian customs officers foiled an attempt for cigarettes smuggling worth BGN 80,000 at the Gyueshevo border checkpoint.
The 400 cigarettes packages were found during a thorough check of a bus traveling from Macedonia to Turkey. The cigarettes were hidden in the drivers' sleeping places, the kitchens and the toilet.
The driver of the bus has been arrested. An investigation has been launched into the case.
