Covering Bulgaria from Belgrade for the English service of dpa, I have found your online service very useful on many occasions, either as a direct or as a supplemental source. The transition of SNA to a paid service is certainly going to make it only better. The experience I had with you in the past and what I expect from you in the future were more than enough for me to happily remain your user.
