COOPERATION WITH GREECE IN CRIME CONTROL DISCUSSED IN THESSALONIKI

Curbing the traffic of people and drugs and regular exchange of information about suspects were discussed by representatives of the Bulgarian Interior Ministry and the Northern Greece Police held on January 24 in Thessaloniki. The Bulgarian delegation to was headed by General Boyko Borisov, Chief Secretary of the Interior Ministry. General Vassil Vassilev, Director of the National Police Service, was among its members. The hosts invited Bulgaria to participate in a meeting of senior police officers Greece’s neighbouring countries at the beginning of February.
