Several years ago, I did an evaluations project for your government and USAID. One of my counterparts kindly added my name to this e-mail summary, which was quite new.

Sofia Morning News is the first that I read in Chapel Hill, North Carolina each morning, so this has become my primary source of international news each day. It is brief and does a good job of tying Bulgaria to the European community and the global happenings.

Your "Smiles" are shared with others who have never been to your country.
