Macedonia`s PM Ljubco Georgievski has called for a state of war to be declared following the killing of five soldiers by ethnic Albanian rebels. Declaring a state of war would allow the military to call up all able-bodied men to fight against ethnic Albanian rebels, Georgievski`s spokesman Antonio Milosovski said. A two-thirds majority vote in parliament is needed to approve such a declaration.
